The official website for US Coast Guard Auxiliary Division 1, 9ER, was created in Windows Notepad, then edited and validated in Stylus Studio XML 2008, Student Edition. This site was validated against the XTHML 1.0 transitional standards.

This site does not use frames. All individual pages on the site point to a common Cascading Style Sheet, located at this site under the filename dstyle.css. Visitors are welcome to view the source code and adapt to their own needs.

The link buttons were created using the Windows Paint tool, and final versions saved in gif format for use on the site. Other images were copied from public Coast Guard and Auxiliary resources.
